The earnings of this fund shall be restricted to providing scholarship to recipients of the Nancy Mitchel Memorial Scholarship at the Tongass School of Arts and Sciences. The Scholarship honors Nancy Mitchel, who was a lifelong educator in the Ketchikan Community.
