The Board of Directors of ACF has a governance role and is responsible for developing the organizational vision, setting policies, overseeing investments, growing assets, and awarding grants. Members can serve for three three-year terms and may also be part of committees. The current board selects new members after an interview process conducted by ACF’s Governance Committee.
