Scott was born and raised in rural Illinois, and moved to Alaska in 2010. Over the course of his time living in Alaska, Scott has spent nearly a decade working with outdoor and environmental education programs like Trailside Discovery and Camp Denali lodge. Additionally, Scott has been lucky enough to deploy to McMurdo Station in Antarctica to offer logistics and planning support for the United States Antarctic Program. He loves to ski, hike, and bike…and would someday like to have a cute dog.
Scott holds a B.A. in Interpersonal Communication from Eastern Illinois University and a M.S. in Outdoor and Environmental Education from Alaska Pacific University
