The Alaska Community Foundation’s (ACF) 2024 scholarship cycle is now open! Applicants will have until March 15 at 5pm to apply to over 40 scholarships that cover various areas of study and award amounts. Last year, ACF awarded almost $700,000 in scholarships to over 100 students across Alaska.
With a broad range of eligibility criteria, including academic successes, athletic or musical accomplishments, intent for vocational training, geographic location, or the school from which the student is graduating, there are many opportunities for Alaska students to find a scholarship to help meet their educational goals.
This year, it is even easier to find the right scholarship for each student. ACF is pleased to announce the first year of the Universal Application; a single-point-of-entry tool that will allow students to apply to multiple scholarships with one application, streamlining the process and saving students time and energy. The Universal Application automatically determines which scholarship(s) a student is eligible for after the student completes the first section of the application. All ACF scholarships are established by generous Alaskans, past and present, who seek to create education opportunities for future Alaskans. For more information about ACF’s Scholarship Program please visit the ACF Scholarship Page.
