The Ninilchik School Memorial Scholarship was established at the Alaska Community Foundation in 2008 to honor former students: Lars Hansen, Heather Henderson, Heidi Fletcher and Village Elder, Irene Kraskoff. The scholarship is awarded to graduating Ninilchik High School students who demonstrate school spirit and involvement, good academic standing and desire for further education.

The Ninilchik High School Scholarship will provide an award of up to $500.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ninilchik High School graduating senior
Applicants will be Asked to Provide:
- Personal Essay
- Academic performance
- School and community involvement
IMPORTANT: Successful applicants must submit their student ID number and program information by June 30, 2023, to ACF through the online system before their award can be disbursed. Failure to do so will be an automatic forfeiture of the award unless student chooses an award deferment.
