The Golden Rule Scholarship was established at ACF in loving memory of Matthew Troy Encelewski by his parents, teachers, and friends. Matt was a student at Ninilchik High. He was known as a quiet but talented young man who participated in many activities and gave his best to each. In many ways, Matt’s life reflected the Golden Rule, “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

Eligibility Criteria:
- Ninilchik High School graduating senior pursuing post-secondary education
- Exemplifies the Golden Rule – “Do to others as you would have them to do you”
IMPORTANT:Scholarship recipients must submit their student ID number and program information to ACF through the online system before their award can be disbursed. If we do not receive the above information by June 30, 2023, the scholarship may not be awarded. Please contact ACF is you cannot send in the information by this date.
