A fund in memory of Lucy Harrell to support the delivery of social services within the community of Haines, Alaska including but not limited to assistance to persons with disabilities and those with mental health needs; services to senior residents including senior meals, senior transportation, senior housing for the poor, and support for the Haines Assisted Living Center, hospice and end of life services.
