Catherine holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Despite living in different parts of the world, she has made Alaska her permanent home. Her interest in accounting stems from her previous job, where she gained invaluable experience in accomplishing various financial tasks. This exposure not only broadened her understanding of the field but also solidified her commitment to pursuing a career in accounting and furthering her education in this area. With her determination to deliver high-quality results and uphold Alaska Community Foundation’s standard of excellence, she brings a positive attitude and the strive to learn at her job. We are thrilled to have her!
When she’s not working, she can be found hiking scenic trails and watching suspenseful movies/TV shows. Her favorite seafood is oysters, and she will always try to order them at restaurants. She loves reading books about extraterrestrial life and looking at photographing books about galaxies/universes from space.
