Giving Hub & Portal

The Alaska Community Foundation is excited to share some important updates to ACF’s Fund Management Portal, now known simply as the Fund Portal. These enhancements are designed to improve your experience and make managing your fund easier than ever. These updates are set to take place in phases between February and April 2025.

Key Updates & Enhancements

Enhanced User Experience and New Look 

The Portal and individual fund pages will be redesigned with an updated layout to improve usability. You may notice a different look and feel—rest assured, all the core functionalities remain and have been enhanced to serve you better. 

Optional Two-Factor Authentication 

We’ve added an extra layer of security with two-factor authentication, available upon request. This option helps protect your account by eliminating password sharing. If you’re interested in activating two-factor authentication, please let us know. 

Updated URLs for Fund Pages 

With these updates, the URLs for fund pages have changed. Any donation links or QR codes on your external websites or printed materials will need to be updated. If you need assistance recreating a QR code, we’re here to help. 

Expanded Access to Fund Information 

The new Portal provides greater access to detailed fund information, empowering you with more insights and reports. 

Updated Login URL 

The login URL for The Portal has changed. Please ensure you bookmark the new link for future access: [Insert New Portal URL].
