This fund will be used to support housing and homelessness solutions in the Central Kenai Peninsula region. Should a sustainable permanent facility providing shelter and services to address these needs come to fruition in the Central Kenai Peninsula region through a reputable organization, this Fund should be committed in its entirety to the effort. Grant advisors should consist of volunteer members from both the Bridges Community Resource Network, Inc. board of directors and the Kenai Peninsula Foundation Advisory Board functioning as a grant committee. The grant committee should consist of more than two members and no more than six members.
