Born and raised in Washington State, Sharon first came to Alaska in 1993 during college to work as a cook for a lodge on the Kenai Peninsula and she is still here! Sharon loves living and working in Alaska, with people who love Alaska, at an organization striving to make Alaska a better place.
When not working she really enjoys volunteering in her local community, reading, and being outdoors.
