Not only does it make you feel good it brings people together and creates a community. Alaska Community Foundation’s values and beliefs make me feel like part of a giving community and remind me of home. It’s a place where we work together and make a difference all over the state of Alaska! This is why I love working for The Alaska Community Foundation.”

Anna was born in Alaska to Yupik and Caucasian parents.  She is from the Iliamna Lake region and considers Newhalen and Kokanok both her hometown. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing and watching basketball, volleyball, and softball.
