The Anchorage Park Foundation (APF) has established this fund to maintain the Anchorage Veteran’s Memorial at Delaney Park. APF may seek input from the Municipality of Anchorage Parks & Recreation Department regarding the maintenance needs of the existing memorial. As the fundholder, APF will take responsibility for the major maintenance of the Memorial. Funds shall be used to maintain, repair, and replace existing features on sit and not erect new features. APF will charge an appropriate management fee (commensurate with fees for similar projects) from this fund whenever grants are made and maintenance occurs.
