What is DonorCentral?
DonorCentral (click here to log-in) is a web-based platform providing fund information that is updated daily. Whether you log in from your laptop, tablet or your smart phone – you will have access to your current fund balance, an updated listing of recent gifts and donations made to your fund, as well as a history of grants you have recommended.
With a few clicks of your mouse, you can recommend grants to your favorite organizations, learn about unique giving opportunities and keep your personal contact information current. You also have easy access to your past fund statements and receive Alerts to important information concerning your charitable giving.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register for DonorCentral?
Fund advisors who currently receive web-based statements are automatically enrolled in DonorCentral. If you have not received your username and password from an ACF representative, please contact Alexandra Becker at (907) 249-6614 or email her at email@example.com.
What does Donor Central look like?

How do I change my password?
To change your password, click on the “My Profile” tab, located on the right of the main menu. Under the header, “My Profile”, click on “Change password.” Follow prompts.
Please choose a password at least 8 characters in length including one capital letter and one numeric character.
When will I receive my fund statement?
Your quarterly fund statements are available to view, download and/or email by clicking on the “Fund Summary” tab. To ensure you receive appropriate and accurate information, fund statements will be uploaded to DonorCentral approximately 1 month after the end of each quarter.
How do I view the recent gifts to my fund?
To view recent gifts to your fund, click on the “Fund Summary” tab. Click the arrow to the right of the, “Gifts” tab to expand the section.
How do I make a contribution to my fund?
To make a gift to your fund, visit www.alaskacf.org/donate
How do I make a grant recommendation?
To make a grant recommendation, click on the “Recommend a Grant” tab. Using the available search options, look for potential matches to the nonprofit of your choice. If the nonprofit is not registered with our system, select “New Grant” and complete the form.
How often are grant recommendations processed?
Grant recommendations are processed within 1 to 2 weeks.
Grant recommendations above $25,000 require additional approval and make take longer to process.
Is there a limit to how many grants I can recommend in a year?
